Make your ear attentive to wisdom,
Incline your heart to understanding...
Then you will discern righteousness and justice
For wisdom will enter your heart
And knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.
-Book of Proverbs

Project Management Triangle

In conventional thinking about projects, many will say of good, fast, and cheap that you must pick only two.  I say you can have all three if you are willing to change your methods

What if you used agile development methods? What if you applied Lean Six Sigma? What if you tried Critical Path Project Management? What if people worked from home?

Change your methods first, by always learning, and second, by doing the work of applying what you learn. This is the hard work that many are not willing to do. If you are willing to both learn new things and put them into practice, you will have an advantage in business and life. If you do it once, the effect will be temporary. If you make it a lifelong practice, you will have a constant advantage over your peers and competitors.

- Charlie Mitchell, 2004, Upon discovery of agile development
